- Tentative bookings are free of deposit. Your date is held until another party wishes to book that date, at which time you will be contacted to either secure or relinquish your booking.
- A deposit of $1000.00 is required to secure your confirmation (is not transferable unless rebooked) a subsequent deposit of $1000.00 is further payable six months prior to your date booked.
- Cancellation - notice must be given in writing to protect all parties,Deposits are non-refundable unless your room is rebooked.
